What's Included
Towing & Recovery
Professional 24/7 towing with flatbed and winch capabilities. Service available on paved roads within Israeli and Palestinian territories.
Replacement Vehicle
Rental vehicle coverage while your car is being repaired. In case of an accident: up to 7 days (Silver) or 14 days (Gold) based on assessor's report. Up to 25 days for total loss situations.
Glass Repair & Replacement
Broken glass is replaced with suitable alternative glass for your vehicle. Silver tier includes up to 2 replacements per year; Gold tier offers unlimited coverage subject to policy terms.
Important Terms
- Towing service is provided on paved roads only within Israeli and Palestinian territories.
- Service not available for modified or racing vehicles.
- Towing not provided if vehicle is within 50 meters of a maintenance center.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of service request.
- Company is not responsible for belongings inside the vehicle during towing.
- Glass coverage excludes damage from natural disasters or wars.
- Policy transfers or cancels upon vehicle sale.
